We guarantee a minimum box condition of 7.5 out of 10, which is a very strict rating our warehouse applies after carefully inspecting each item.

If a product doesn’t meet this standard, we won’t ship it—you’ll get a different one that does. A 7.5 rating allows for very small flaws, like a tiny 2mm dent, but 80% of the time, you’ll receive a product in near-perfect 9/10 or 10/10 condition.

Since this item is Vaulted (no longer made), minor shelf wear can happen over time. That’s why our rating allows for tiny imperfections, but we take this quality guarantee seriously.
